Note :
mysql and FTP are only accessible from the web server (127.0.0.1)
/admin/ is accessible local network 192.168.x.x
You can change /admin/ access in apache virtual.dist.conf
For the FTP, you can use PHPsFTPd to change the Binding to "All"
Remember to change root password...
